The Bull fight was not as gruesome and violent as I thought it was going to be. There were several times when there was a horse in the arena (I have no idea why) and the bull charged at the horse (Alathea and Mom you would not have liked that...no one should have)and I had to look away. I read about bull fights on wikipedia before going so I could get a better idea of the stages and the what occurred and so forth. There were six bulls and each bull fighter called "Matador" got to "kill" two bulls. You could tell some of the bulls were better than other bulls because they were more fiesty and very angry. Yes, it was sad but I am glad that I went. And oh my...the sun was BLAZING SCORCHING HOT!!! Whew! I drank three water bottles to stay dehydrated. We were a very sweaty group of people to say the least. Here are some pictures. I would say enjoy but than again you really shouldn't. (Lath I took the horse picture just for you. I thought they were pretty. Actually all my pictures of horses...all two of them...have been taken with you in mind!)
I have always wanted to study abroad, and here I am in Seville, Spain for six weeks! I am taking classes to finish off my Spanish minor with a group from Cedarville.
this stadium is HUGE! I didn't know it was that big of a deal! It looks like something out of a movie!!
